FE Follow-up from "Add packages_size to ProjectStatistics"

What does this MR do?

Implements the two suggestions as per #61284 (closed):

1. Moves the storage statistics into a partial that is used on the groups / project admin pages.
2. Rewords the statistics text to the following: (Repository: 0 Bytes / Wikis: 0 Bytes / Build Artifacts: 0 Bytes / LFS: 0 Bytes).
