Wait for 'Uninstall' when installing Prometheus

What does this MR do?

Since https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/60665 users can uninstall a GitLab-managed Prometheus installation.

This MR ensures that in QA we wait for the Uninstall button if we install Prometheus. We've waited for Installed previous.
