Update list items to conform to documentation style guide
What does this MR do?
From the documentation style guide on list item punctutation,
Be consistent throughout the list: if the majority of the items do not end in a period, do not end any of the items in a period, even if they consist of a complete sentence. The opposite is also valid: if the majority of the items end with a period, end all with a period.
I noticed a couple of lists where we were violating this guideline by ending just one of the items in periods. This is really a minor thing but we should be consistent.

3. Maintainer

Review by assigned maintainer, who can always request/require the above reviews. Maintainer's review can occur before or after a technical writer review. -
Ensure a release milestone is set and that you merge the equivalent EE MR before the CE MR if both exist. -
If there has not been a technical writer review, create an issue for one using the Doc Review template.
