Update Deploy Tokens documentation

What does this MR do?

In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/29639 we are adding new optional Username field to the deploy token form. This MR updates the related documentation to explain how users can use it to provide custom username instead of the auto-generated one and updates the screenshot (it was out of date already).
