Documents SAST and Dependency Scanning JSON report format.

Initially, it was a CE backport of this EE MR that resolves Document SAST, Dependency Scanning JSON report format. Since it's no longer required due to the migration to single codebase, this MR is left open and its EE counterpart is closed.
