Container Registry is now proper cased

What does this MR do?

I noticed that the ~"container registry" label wasn't showing as a label. It is because the label was edited to be ~"Container Registry". All this change does is "fix" that so we see ~"Container Registry" not ~"container registry" in the rendered page. 😄
