Strip whitespace for PipelineSchedule#cron

What does this MR do?

Solves https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/59112 (Schedule Cronjob Expression parsing failure)

I've reused the StripAttribute concern to remove trailing whitespaces for the cron attribute.
