Move test method to the bottom
What does this MR do?
Moves a method from the top of the test file to the bottom of it.
The reason for the change is that reading the code should be similar to reading a newspaper, where high-level information is at the top, like the title and summary of the news, while low level, or more specific information, is at the bottom.
