WIP Autocompletes variables keys in run pipeline and schedule pipeline. #48974

Displays the list of variable names defined in settings/ci_cd on pipeline run page and on schedule pipeline page; so the user can easily know about the defined variables and possibly set different values for each pipeline run.

Closes #48974 (moved)
