Allow multiple channels in chat notifications
What does this MR do?
- Updates the
slack-notifiergem to 2.3.1 (pinned, because of an RegExp issue, that was introduced in later versions, see https://github.com/stevenosloan/slack-notifier/issues/105) - Allows to use multiple channels for chat notifications for Slack and Mattermost integrations
