WIP: Remove the scroll to the Settings menu item before interaction

What does this MR do?

Removes the scroll_to_element call before interacting with the Settings link in the left nav-bar.

This shouldn't be necessary, especially since scrolling in headless is never a real good idea. Headed browsers is fine, but could spark edge cases for headless.
