What does this MR do?

Previously, short line lengths made it easier to make comments on sentence fragments. It was easier to show the "before" and "after" of an edit to a sentence fragment.

With the relatively new Suggest Changes feature, editing lots of short lines can require three or more suggested changes, which is very awkward. Because Suggest Changes has built-in diffing, it's trivial now to show the "before" and "after" of longer text, and have edits applied in one go.
