WIP: Revert "Reduce Bundle Size by lazy loading markdown libraries"

What does this MR do?

Reverts the changes done in gitlab-org/gitlab-ce!24763 as it produces problems with Firefox.

Looking for a more stable approach at the moment, in the meantime we revert the changes.
