Docs: Misc small fixes to docs
What does this MR do?
While working on https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/57137, I occasionally found typos, broken links, docs that diverged from EE but couldn't be totally aligned (EE-only info that can't be ported just yet), or other small issues. I collected them all into this MR.
Ported to EE in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/9451 (Merge EE First, please)
