Resolve "Jobs tab border top in pipeline's page is 1px off"
What does this MR do?
Remove the top border from the <table> in the Jobs tab on the Pipeline page (specifically the top border on the <th> in the <thead>) to keep the appearance of the line below the tabs consistent.
