Documentation: add a note about time sync between GitLab and k8s cluster
What does this MR do?
Several times we faced the issue when GitLab users got the error remote error: tls: bad certificate in the stdout of pods when trying to install Helm/Ingress/Runner via Operations > Kubernetes. It was caused by time sync issue between GitLab server and k8s cluster. This note should be added to warn users that the time should be synchronized.
