Docs: Minor fix to formatting
What does this MR do?
Fixes a small syntax issue on the repository API documentation due to using apostrophe instead of backtick: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/repositories.html#get-file-archive
I haven't followed the checklist due to this being such a tiny change... Looks like lots of instruction creep.
