Highlight when CI_ENVIRONMENT_* environment args are present

This is a cone of shame to hopefully stop anyone else from spending a load of time working out why CI_ENVIRONMENT_SLUG or similar isn't in an environment. The ", only present if…" is a pattern used elsewhere in the environ docs.
