Fix QA spec flaky for application secret variables

This is due to pipeline not triggering to the spec for application secret variable (my bad) - see https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/24210#note_129932059 also. Fixed by pushing a code change to trigger a new pipeline
