Update syntax of Dependency scanning job to use reports

Should be merged after https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/8481 is done. However, this issue (just a small changed on FE) should be merged after https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/6240 is done.
