Add margin to .row on signin page and fix missing border-radius
What does this MR do?
Fixes the missing bottom margin on signin page when the screen is shrunk vertically.
The bottom login box omniauth or password auth no longer sticks directly to page footer. Also omniauth box is no longer missing top border radius.
