Shortcuts documentation: Add the PC equivalent of the Mac's "Cmd" key in the WebIDE section
What does this MR do?
This is a small fix for the shortcuts documentation. In the "WebIDE" section of the Shortcuts page, the Mac Cmd key is mentionned. The also works on PCs, and not mentionning the Ctrl key can be a little confusing, especially since the Ctrl/Cmd keys are mentionned in the "Global" section. With this PR, the Ctrl/Cmd keys are named consistently in the file.
What are the relevant issue numbers?
None as far as I know.

This is a small fix, nothing special is needed
