Add knative client to kubeclient library
What does this MR do?
Add additional hooks to the kube_client component of the gitlab kubernetes library that will call into the newly introduced Knative components. This will be required for obtaining additional informationn about the service as well as managing the services and future functions through the Gitlab UI
