Improve Debugging Capabilities For Helm Application Installs
What does this MR do?
More verbose logging from helm install commands to help with troubleshooting when an install fails.
NOTE: None of this data is ever presented in our UI it is just in K8s pod logs so it is not really an issue if it's too verbose.
