Fix invalid artifact path for codequality

What does this MR do?

After reviewing codequality code as part of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/8222 https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/8043 I noticed that we use wrong filename.

This MR corrects file name. This is a change introduced in %11.4, but not yet used as part of %11.5
