What does this MR do?

Upon reviewing the article, I found the link to Cycle Analytics feature page was leading to https://about.gitlab.com/solutions/cycle-analytics/, which renders a 404 page. This MR changes the link to https://about.gitlab.com/features/cycle-analytics/, which I believe to be the page we are wanting to link there.
