Truncated milestone list label

Josef Kufner requested to merge jk/gitlab-ce:truncated-milestone-list-label into master

Small CSS modification to make labels in milestone issue lists of maximal width. On smaller displays the labels are too short to be useful, this patch adds a word or two to before ellipsis. Maximal width is now set to 100% minus avatar width, instead of 70%.

Tested in current Chromium and Firefox.
