Resolve "Issue closed date does not show on issue list view"
What does this MR do?
Shows the closed date of an issue in the issue list using a tooltip.
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
I used a tooltip to show the closed_at
of the issue. Same as how the updated_at
is shown in an issue as seen in the screenshot below:
