Use Gitaly 0.111.2

What does this MR do?

This fixes a regression introduced in GitLab 11.1.0 via Gitaly 0.111.1. On a repository containing an invalid local branch, pointing to a commit that does not exist, the FindLocalBranches RPC can fail with a nil panic.
