Point to charts docs for beta limitations of the gitlab chart.

The docs were duplicated between the chart repository at https://gitlab.com/charts/gitlab/blob/master/doc/architecture/beta.md#known-issues-and-limitations and docs in GitLab CE.

Remove the duplication and point to the docs in the repo.
