Resolve "Web IDE "Commit" button should indicate when there's a subsequent step"
What does this MR do?
Add ellipsis to blue shortcut commit button to prevent the user thinking it will commit immediately.
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
Ellipsis only shows in the collapsed state, not the actual commit interface.
