WIP: Added a checkbox to only show changed files in the Web IDE Review
What does this MR do?
Adds a checkbox to toggle showing only changed files in the Web IDE's Review mode.
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
Lots. I'm new to Vue.js and to GitLab's code, so I'm probably not doing things right.
What's the best UX design for the toggle? My WIP is using a toggle button below the sub-heading, no idea what the proper design would look like.
