Resolve "Add SSH key message is hard to read"

What does this MR do?

Adds CSS rules to the notifications/alerts to override the Bootstrap text colors and border-radii

Why was this MR needed?

Because Bootstrap 4 was changing the colors of the notification text to be unreadable.
