Sort milestones by due_date
User Story
As any user of GitLab, I would like the milestones I define to be sorted by due_date in ascending order, so that milestones due sooner (and are thus more important to me) show up higher in the list. In addition, the order of milestones in a drop-down list should have the same ordering, such as the Milestone combobox on the Issues page.
