Resolve "Display in admin user view whether user has accepted terms"
requested to merge markglenfletcher/gitlab-ce:46936-display-in-admin-user-view-whether-user-has-accepted-terms into master
What does this MR do?
Add terms of service acceptance info to Admin user view
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
- Do we need to consider whether terms are enabled at all? I think it's ok to display this if terms are enforced or not
- Should this be added to the API response too?
Why was this MR needed?
Please see #46936 (moved)
