Update dashboard milestones breadcrumb link

What does this MR do?

1. Add milestone path to /dashboard/milestones breadcrumb link (which was causing 404 error)
2. Add milestone name to /dashboard/milestones breadcrumb
3. Add whitespace after the milestone name
