Resolve "Update zaproxy image in Auto DevOps template"

What does this MR do?

Switch to GitLab fork of zaproxy because it's capable of user authentication whereas the source project is not.

Why was this MR needed?

This backport of gitlab-ci-yml!144 (merged) is needed because the change in gitlab-ci-yml has been merged after the 7th even though the change should be shipped with 10.6.
