Add information about projects when searching in wiki_blobs, blobs, commits scopes

What does this MR do?

It adds project_id to the response when searching blobs, wiki_blobs or commits using API

Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

Why was this MR needed?

We didn't include this information which is important especially when searching in the group or global scope. This is possible only in EE, when Elasticsearch is enabled. However to be consistent we include the information in responses also when searched within a project.
