Resolve "Add modal confirmation to pages domain deletion step"

Adds a more verbose confirmation dialog to the "remove" action in the GitLab pages custom domains list which spells out that domains may not be able to be added back once they have been removed. This is a temporary measure due to a security vulnerability.
