Resolve "`Set up CI` => `Set up CI/CD`"

What does this MR do?

Change Set up CI into Set up CI/CD in the button shown in the project overview. Also, when the configuration is available, from CI configuration to CI/CD configuration.

The configuration is for CI/CD, not just CI.
