Scrap the deploy key title and match it in test

What does this MR do?

This is a follow up from https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/16384 for deploy key related stuffs.

Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

I pondered at how I could find the particular deploy key from the page, because there were 4! I was puzzled so much why? And then I tried to delete all the groups and projects, and tried again.

Now there were just 3, the first one is now what I want, but the rest were from the instance.

I am wondering if there's a good way to locate what I want here.
