Adjust layout width for fixed layout #41830
What does this MR do?
Removes class limit-container-width from / and /tree/master to match all child views (/activity, /cycle_analytics and /commits/master, /branches, etc).

No.
Why was this MR needed?
The last push event notification exceeds container width on / and /tree/master when the user has set a fixed layout width in settings, preferences.
