Add update deploy_key request to docs
What does this MR do?
The API supports updating of deploy_keys but we are missing the documentation.
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
Please test the update command.
Why was this MR needed?
Customer complained that they cannot use this feature because they don't know that the feature exists.
