WIP: Detailed moved project mail

What does this MR do?

Adds more info to the mail which is send when a project is moved.

New email:

The project Project has been moved by User Name.

The project now resides at NameSpace / Project but used to be found at NameSpace / OldProject.

Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

The english text and/or spelling.

Why was this MR needed?

The current mail is very vague
