Add description template examples to the docs

What does this MR do?

Adds a description template example to the docs

Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

I think we can:

• Refer to CE project examples
• Have a text example with quick actions
• Do both

Only linking to the CE examples in the project would mean less maintenance for the example (though I don't see why it would change much).
