Accept ssh keys in default PuTTY format
Hi,
PuTTY creates keys in this format when they are saved to a file on disk:
---- BEGIN SSH2 PUBLIC KEY ----
Comment: "my.email@example.com"
AAAAB3NzaC1ycxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxx=
---- END SSH2 PUBLIC KEY ----
At the moment, you have to manually extract the key (removing the other lines) and add "ssh-rsa " in front of it. It would be more convenient if Gitlab would do this automatically.
IDK if "ssh-dsa" is supported, but in case it is, Gitlab could try to use "ssh-rsa" first and if the key cannot be imported with that, try again with "ssh-dsa".
