Limit issues to one embedded zoom call
Problem to solve
Issues should be limited to having one embedded zoom call so that there is no confusion for users as to which one is being used for the fire-fight. When someone is in the issue discussion, they cannot see the pinned embed button for the zoom call at the top of the issue, so limiting each issue to having a single embedded zoom call helps to alleviate this confusion.

Proposal
When a user tries to use a quick action to add a zoom call to an issue that already has one, do not execute the command and tell them why in the pop-up message that appears.
