Create project on push default visibility
Problem to solve
When users create a new project directly from the terminal the default visibility is private
, which is not convenient in setups like ours, where we want to avoid private
projects as much as possible.
Further details
Proposal
That this feature respects the Default project visibility
configuration, as it doesn't really make sense to have this scenario as a special case. Or if there are concerns about this at least allow configuring it in the same admin settings.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
Creating a new project directly from the terminal and GitLab respecting the Default project visibility
configuration for it.
