Confirm Puma metrics data items to collect

As a performance test engineer

I want to make a list of performance metrics for Puma web server

So that I can implement the test bed accordingly to collect these metrics and publish to prometheus.

Acceptance criteria: a set of data metrics that measure Puma performance.
