Installing helm tiller sometimes fails with no api token found
We see this in our CI occasionally:
The error message reads:
Something went wrong while installing Helm Tiller
Kubernetes error: No API token found for service account "default", retry after the token is automatically created and added to the service account
We fixed this in CI by adding a sleep but we should also think about improving the user experience so that users don't press the button before it is ready.
